Came to BK at 5:30am for breakfast before a flight, store was very grubby, lady who served me seemed to not be bothered with what she was doing and wasn't speaking clearly.Food was below average, hash brown bites weren't seasoned, breakfast muffin really sucked....Sorry burger King, but not a winner this time.Would look elsewhere for pre flight food in the future.

Despite advertising their plant based burgers in banners across the wall above the check out counter, there were none available.... after waiting in the long lunch time queue to be told by a less than enthusiastic wait person a rather insipid 'nope, we dont offer', i was yet again disappointed by BK....probably why I only try going once every 6months or so. Sure, stock runs out and staffing is a problem but at least take the advertising banner down when you can't supply.

Ordered double whooper meal, the meat patties were extremely dry and the buns are soggy. The young fella who serves me must be sick of his job, not a single smile and working with an empty soul. The guy who handed me the food was on the opposite spectrum -very friendly and helpful when I asked for ketchup. Without the second staff I would rated a single star.

Severely understaffed. Poor worker had to manage everything while swarmed with hungry customers who though it opened way earlier like it suggested on chch airport site maps. Food limited as they refuse to honor any of the deals offered by other burger kings. Would recommend seeking other cafes/restaurants in the future.

The slowest service I've ever seen at a fast food joint, took over ten mins to get food and the girl packing the orders had absolutely no sense of urgency and was walking around talking, the burgers were made and sitting there for so long waiting for her to pack the orders so we're cold by the time I got them. thank god I wasn't running late for my flight

By was very quiet when we arrived, ordered food came out really quick but everything was stone cold, I don't know how this can happen, the most disappointing meal ever, would not recommend Burger King Christchurch airport to anyone
