I would definitely recommend New Century Autos. Andrew helped us select the best car for us. We got it for a great price and its exactly what we wanted. The whole process was friendly and efficient. We recently took the car back for a complementary service and got great service again.

Best service I've received from a car dealer. From the beginning they were super friendly and helpful and they were able to do a price match. After I bought the car there was a small issue but they came over the next day and fixed it within 2 minutes. They're also selling my old car for me. I 100% reccomend them and I guarantee the best service. They were also one of the few dealers who had a thorough knowledge and understanding of electric cars (which is what I was after).

Bought a vehicle through this lot last year, couldn't of been more helpful. Andrew helped me with selection of the kind of car I needed and provided top notch service, even dropping it off right at my door. Highly recommended especially if your looking for a nice, quality import.

Go elsewhere!! Andrew great until payment made - but when the car had issues he was hard to get on the phone and incredibly rude and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

Kathy Xi can not be trusted. Provided them with a service at their yard on 1 September 2017 (Japanese to English conversions of 3 x Nissan Leaf) and issued an invoice to be paid in 3 working days as agreed. She is avoiding paying after many reminders in writing and over the phone. Avoid dealing with them. Shocking. Especially considering that we are providing that very unique service to many other auto dealers and private clients in Auckland and that Dealer is the only one who had not paid for the service (1.5 month overdue at this time), although they have already sold those cars we have worked on. Very negative experience with them.

The one star is for the disrespectful communication Kathy has. Speaks way too fast, rushing everything & extremely rude. I recommend the Samoan lady ( who does finance) to become the new owner instead.

My brother and law took me to this car yard to look at some cars as it's his friends car yard I didn't even know this place was there. Friendly and helpful staff just 4-5m walk from train station
