Wilson showed no grace when appealing their parking breach notice which was the result of misunderstanding how the parking permit payment system worked. The appeals process should be conducted by an independent body, not by a subsidiary of Wilson.

I paid monthly and have really bad experience, the lady from monthly parking land line is useless and unprofessional on customer service and make my plate number incorrect so many time then didn’t pick up the call. Look like everyone is owning her $$$. Won’t choose Wilson park anymore. So bad！！！

Shocking experience. Googled before I got there and it stated you could pay via card, notes or coins. Arrived armed with notes to discover you can't pay with notes. Rang the number provided and the guy advises 'you will need to find another carpark'. Really??!! Shocking service but thanks for the free 30 minute parking. But really thanks for nothing. Wilson parking your an absolute disgrace!!

It feels unsafe to park here. There are multiple loitering people inside the parking and broken cameras.
