I love going to Kess Hair & Beauty at Glenfield because of Durga. I am always happy of her services and will only book for her. She is lovely and made me comfortable about the thought of pain in waxing. Absolutely appalled at the outcome of a haircut for my daughter. She asked that her hair be thinned and only the bottom was thinned. I took her back the following day and it was corrected" for free

The staff was not listening to the requirements. She said she is too busy and didn't show professional manners, was rude. She didn't apply even a cream after the eyebrow threading and upper lip hair removal. Service Taken: 23/03/2023 at 6.30 PM.
