ASB Stoddard Road Branch

Went in to to get printed details of my wife's account and the Asian lady was polite, very knowledgeable and super quick. she took only a couple of minutes to issue my wife with the information she was seeking. Excellent

Awful customer service. Couldn’t assist with basic requests, told to go to another member of staff who didn’t acknowledge me for 20 minutes. The branch was empty at the time. It was double the cost to have staff assist me with an international transfer.

Bad customer service. Have been trying to call this branch since 9am this morning. Have tired to call over 7 times throughout the day, yet still NO ANSWER!!!! I have been waiting over 2 weeks for a new debit card! Pathetic service.

Horrible experience! Went in to deposit over $1000 and decided to use the ATM deposit. It took my money and then cancelled the transaction leaving me with nothing. Spoke to the lady and she told me I would have to wait for 2 days as it was the weekend. Said I would get a call on Monday before 11 am. 11 am comes around and no call. Tried calling the branch and it just rang for 5 minutes and hung up. Called the call centre and they told me they would follow up. Eventually I got the money back in my account but received no communication. Horrible customer service, their whole system isn't geared to caring about their customers they just want your money. Disgraceful!

I often use ASB In Stoddard Road and I usually get good service, today I dealt with Ramesh who gave my wife and I exceptional service. He was informative, friendly and answered all our queries. He didn’t rush us and made sure all our questions were answered.

I was booked for 10:00 am appointment and reached there before time. It was just to collect the clever cash for my 3 years old and it took more than 1 hour for these slow people to operate. They were running here and there panicking but god knows for what reason. Lady went in to get the photo copies of my DL and my son’s birth certificate and came after 18 minutes. Question to ASB does it take someone 18 minutes to photocopy 2 piece of paper? The least you could do is to ask your staff to respect other people’s time and they would automatically become efficient.

Worst customer service, Vikram gogna the ASB bank employee Provide false information. And he was too arrogant and harsh with the customers & old People's. I will close my account with this bank. *** If you want to experience worst customers service in your life time visit this Place. ***

What's the point in having a phone number if nobody answers it?I tried calling 5 times in two days (during open hours) and nobody even bothered to pick up.

When I came to activate my account, they made an appointment for me. but when I come to the appointment, they use the app right on my phone to activate. and they said the app doesn't accept my passport because the passport doesn't have a chip. I am really disappointed that I have to travel 22km (44km both ways come and leave) to do the thing that I can do by myself at home. and they offered to reschedule me again in May. I don't want to waste any more time with this branch again.

The lady I saw when I went in to ask about advice for a loan was very unfriendly and unhelpful. She seemed to treat me as just an inconvenience.Whenever I asked for clarification or tried to explain things she would just hurriedly ask the question again.It didn't help that we had to try to talk in the loud room with all the other customers and could barely hear each other.They couldn't even help me with what I needed since all their well trained staff can only be reached over the phone.
