Below is my email complaint from December 2017, I have called twice to follow up and yet to receive a response from the manager. Overall our service we received from this company was not acceptable. Do not recommendGood afternoon,I am writing to formally complain regarding the delay and poor communication we experienced with our booked meal on Friday 15th December 2017.As per our confirmation we received from you ( as attached ), we booked nibbles to be served at 5pm and main meals for approximately 6pm. This was also reconfirmed with to us from a follow up call we received 5 days out from our event.On the 15/12/17 at 4.30pm I called to confirm everything was running to schedule and advised by the operator that they would call me back as there had been a mix up. I did not receive a call back.After 3 phones more calls from myself, and 2 additional calls from my manager we finally got a response that the food would now be delivered by 6pm.My manger was informed by one of your staff members you were down a team member, I fully appreciate the issues this situation can cause and are beyond your control. However I find it unprofessional that we did not receive a phone call advising us of your issues in advance, that the food would be delayed more than an hour, until after 5.30pm, half an hour after expected delivery.Our Christmas function began at 5pm, which had our guests were sitting at the tables waiting. This in turn generating a large amount of complaints for my manager and I to deal with until the food arrived. Your delivery man didn’t arrived until 6:25pm, 1 hour and 25minutes late. I am sure you will agree this is unacceptable and not the service we booked, agreed and confirmed. We are greatly disappointed and dissatisfied.We used your company in 2016, without concern hence choosing your services again this year.We have no complaints with the quality of the food and everyone enjoyed their meals, however it’s the delays and poor communication we are upset about. As a company this has reflected poorly on us as our guests were waiting 1 hour and 25minutes.Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you

Terrible service which has left us extremely disappointed, due to food being decent, I would have given them more stars, but since the customer service is that awful, I can't. They don't reply to emails when there is an issue, service is far from good, I would never use them again.Reasons why:1. Caterers showed up miles too early for the event, leaving us eating meals too early and messing up the Wedding time line, not to mention meals were mainly served from their plates which were plastic, when on the meal plan it says they are supposed to be there @ 3.30pm (approx. 3 hours before main meal) instead, they show up at 2.30pm, naturally no one will be there as this was not agreed upon. I have proof in my emails of the times they were suppose to show up, instead, they left too early and didn't stick to the agreement.2. No one was offered any food before the main meal, it was dumped on the table and I rarely saw the caterers. They did not even tell us they were leaving but I saw them leave earlier than agreed.3. Food was not replenished quickly, therefore, people ended up saying they were hungry much later due to this.4. Even worse than above, they ripped us off and did not serve the Cheesecake on the menu, NO GUESTS saw this on the table and complained about no tea and coffee, we would like compensation for what was not served, or we will take this matter much further. Still awaiting your reply to our email we sent on 13/1

Coast To Coast The Golden Roast
Terrible, you have been warned!!We had them for our wedding and they ran out of dessert. The dessert didn't get individually plated so we did not have enough for all the guests. They are stating we told them to not individually plate them and that If it runs out it runs out". This was never said. It was so embarrassing. I have given them plenty of time to rectify this but they state it's not their issue. Do not use!"

Had an absolute splendid experience with Golden Roast. Great food, Great service! 10/10 would recommend again
