Lovely workers who are always friendly and look after their patients. I've always enjoyed my visits to Evolve and have done for the past few years. Good space and environment to relax in and a cool hangout area.

Hard to get even your longterm necessary meds. Last 6 times ive contacted them about it there have been issues, including pre-covid.Thinking of switching provider to someone who may not gatekeep so hard...

I cannot say enough about this amazing service. I've been at Evolve for about 7 years and I'm so sad that I'm no longer eligible. Not only is it free, the people are amazing and kind and helpful and deserve so much more support and funding! Wellington is lucky to have this service. If I ever win lotto, it'll be one of my first donations.

While the nurses are friendly and knowledgeable at the appointment, I have never received a follow up phone call when they have said they'll do one, communication is always slow or non-existent (email + phone) and appointments are almost always running 10-30 minutes behind.

I tried getting in touch multiple times over email and I never got more than one email back from them. I thought about trying again, but was so discouraged by them that I gave up entirely on getting help for a while. I can't speak to the quality of their services, but that's because I never got far enough to experience them.
