Also free hearing check up too in the bonus . Also Naman fixed my existing glass to . If you live in Mt roskill area , highly recommended this store

I had issues with moving the collection and fitting date forward as discussed earlier. I made a complaint and was followed up by their management immediately.I was explained there was an internal miscommunication with the staff that led to them not being able to give me a forward date for collection and fitting.Manager Mr Gupta explained this and resolved my issue by giving me on the day appointment for collection and fitting. Provided exceptional customer service, fitting my glassess and I was off in 10 minutes.Professionalism at its finest did not talk about my review on Google nor receiving the complaint.Thank you for helping me out. Called to check if my daughter had an upcoming appointment, the lines were busy, gave my details and told to hold for reception, waited a couple of minutes and then told they're busy" at reception

Can't speak more highly of this team to look after your eyes. The experience you experience is warm; supportive and like we used to get in the old days when customer service was the norm. A extra special shout out to Daniel who looked after us from start to finish. Thank you so much!

First time being fitted with hearing aids. Audiologist Penelope made me feel like I was, ironically listened to. And has given me my confidence of hearing. I would highly recommend this wonderful team as the service is professional,and honest.

I had my glasses checked at Mt Roskill branch yesterday and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Mauzmeen was so patient and helpful in selecting the right frame for me. Overall I had a wonderful experience in getting the right glasses for me. Wonderful lovely service provided by all of the staff.

This place was great when I went in the first time around may this year but I had to come back to get a replacement for a form I needed that had been stolen with my car. The new lady there was very rude quick to try and charge me for a test I had already done twice already and seemed like her English wasn’t all there no disrespect to her but I don’t think she is right for the job. A little more politeness and care in her Customer service will a long way. For the way I was treated I definitely won’t be coming back to this branch.
