Tanvir has removed my previous review and so has his Harcourts agency.Please do your research before you deal with these guys. They promise you a certain amount you will be getting for your house and do not deliver.Says anything to get the listing. Cost me close to 40k

His appraisal was the lowest and thats when we got thinking that a lot of other people were inflating the appraisals. He was informative, real and very communicative all the way through.
