Product came out nicely, the only thing that I'm disappointed with was the customer service. I understand printing companies can be very busy, but just changing the attitude and tone of the reply will make a big difference in customer experience. What really made me disappointed was when I rang back, they just hung up on me (won't name names). If you have an urgent project, try somewhere else first.
