Massive venue was Perfect for American Vehicle day! Toilets could certainly do with more attention on busy event days, but as to be expected with 1000’s of people on site.

I was BORN innLower Hutt.I left at 14.I’ve been back lots.I’d never been to the Racecourse.WOW!If for whatever reason you get the opportunity to go, don’t hesitate.The architecture is amazing. Here’s hoping the re-development will capture the grandeur and scale of the original awesomeness, & re-build with modern day architectural awesomeness.Anything else would be a loss and a shame

It's a big ol' racecourse, with big stands and the normal stuff. It also has conference rooms and things, and hosts a lot of non-racing eventsFacilities are... Basic but robust, able to handle thousands of punters at a push.The only real pain is parking, but even then, it's better to get the train, which stops right across the road.

Such a fantastic venue for American Car Day! Plenty of shade, plenty of resting spots and plenty of space.The stands need some attention and love, they're looking a little sad with hodgepodge wheelchair access and the beautiful pressed metal ceiling rusting.
