Sadly, if you have a modern vehicle with lane control.. this agency is unable to complete the work and you will have to go to Whangarei as they do not have the equipment or expertise to complete this level of work notwithstanding their agency.. Unusual for an authorised dealer.

Replacement windscreen was organised and fitted effortlessly. Great service and can recommend.

After suffering a very badly cracked windscreen in a rental they where able to assure me that the vehicle was safe to continue using. Thank you so much

I had my windscreen replaced and when I collected my car I noticed a scratch on my car that was not there the previous day (photo to prive this) and after showing this to the manager he suggested that I was dishonest as they have to cop this from the public all the time". Did not even look at my damage thoroughly but point blank denied it. S&S Head Office also not interested. The job was also very shoddy with black adhesive all.over the the inside of the fender at the jount with the hood. So my advice to anyone is to steer clear of these cowboys. And if you want a brand that supports their customers I suggest you do NOT use Smith & Smith. Shoddy workmanship

Great friendly and very helpful staff. Stone chip repaired and recommendations for fixing a wee bump in bumper were gratefully accepted.

Having a new glass put in the front 6 months ago was a big disappointment. The plastic framing was not secured and flew out as I was travelling with a caravan on the back with 100 km in heavy traffic. I had to call 3 times and hope when I pick the car up it is fixed the way it should have been fixed in the first place
