Had a phone call from the manager and was told I was not a client of drc the manager rowed with me over it. Had to ring the council and speak to Nathan over it. Everything has been changed the manager will not ring me about what the next step always in there paying my mum's and my sister sub.

I rang DRC with a need to quickly acquire a walker for my father, I arrived 20 minutes later and Manager Linda had sourced one best suited to my father’s need at a very reasonable price. Whilst Linda was handling the sale her colleague Triscina was DYMO Printing my father’s name and permanently attaching it to the walker. I could not be happier with the choice of walker, the speed at which it was delivered, or wish for better service from any of the people I dealt with. Excellent experience all round.
