I recently took my golden retriever to A&M Pet Grooming and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. The team was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately put both me and my dog at ease.The grooming itself was superb. My golden retriever can be a bit of a handful, but the staff handled her with ease and professionalism. The end result was amazing – my dog looked absolutely gorgeous! The groomers paid attention to every detail and made sure my pup looked her best.Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience at A&M Pet Grooming. I took my Toy Poodle into this parlour this week. When l picked her up she was very obviously traumatised. She’d had no water even though it was a very hot day. The cut/shave was atrocious, her eyes were swollen. I’m going to arrange for the SPCA to visit this business. There used to be two ladies running the business, they seemed very professional. The door to the cutting room was always open. This week l noticed the place was dirty, lots of mess around and the door was closed. When my dog was handed over to me she was obviously in great distress. I aim to ensure these people are running this business ensuring the comfort of the dogs they are grooming is of the highest importance.

I have been taking my dog here for a few months but her most recent groom has left me extremely angry. I noticed they had cut the quick on my dogs nail which is not a mistake a professional groomer should be making, in my opinion. To make matters worse they didn’t even tell me what had happened, I noticed it when we got home. So very disappointed in how they handled this situation and will never be taking my dog back there again.

First time ever taking my dog to a groomers and what an excellent job they done! Friendly and professional. Will be coming back again! Thank you very much
