JOSH WRIGHT FROM YOUR CONTACT CENTRE. Is amazing please do recognise you guys have such a great employee ! He not only helped me but actually sounded like he wanted to sort out my issue. I have worked with a lot of contact centre staff from anz and mostly they do the bare minimum! This mans amazing ❤️

My second visit to this branch and second poor experience with the customer service. This time, the lady didn't even finish with me. She just stood up and left. Not to mention that she was totally unfriendly again.

I make monthly coin withdrawals here. More than half of the time it is extremely difficult to get the right quantity of coins. Staff have great difficulty understanding. So I started writing it down. Was baffled to find even then they struggle to understand.One example; I say I want $27.They reply: 2 hundred and...?Then they repeat the same thing over and over."

Just had my worst customer service experience here. The guy in the front desk was absolutely rude, he didn’t even talk to me, he would just shush me away with his hands and when I asked him a question he yelled at me. I don’t think anyone should be treated this way so I definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone to do business with this branch.

Went to exchange for coins, the Chinese lady is absolutely unprofessional and gave me $100 short per my change order, no greetings at all while serving

One star because giving zero is not a rating option on here. I have been watching customer service in this bank branch deteriorate since the pandemic began. Today is the worst I've experienced and I walked out in disgust. Only two staff for a large number of customers. One was so very rude to people. She clearly dislikes her job or was perhaps flustered or maybe both. The service desks were once again cordoned off. Some customers understandably have complex enquiries that take time. This bank makes billions off its customers and it's service continues to deteriorate. Let's not even talk about how long it takes to get through if you try to phone them. And they will ignore feedback just as all big corporate banks do. What a joke!

Abhinav Singal has been absolutely useless and making a change to my $40k revolving credit to a fixed loan, I am in week 3 and still waiting vs a preapproval for $750k with westpac at around the same time which requires the same info and process that they turned around in 2 days ..... I have done alot of loan applications and amendments in my time but this is the most incompentent and unprofessional person and bank, asking me for info I have already provided and virtually impossible to contact

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!My mother was treated with disgusting attitude and terrible customer service today from a staff member named Mina.

I'm an ANZ client and I generally like them but the long lines at this branch are unacceptable. Surely ANZ can afford to hire more staff to keep these lines non-existent. Would avoid coming here if at all possible, and simply head off to a different branch. Hopefully one where you can be attended to in a timely manner.

I was at this lovely branch today, booked with Mina Woo. Absolutely best service I have recieved from ANZ in a while. I had trouble sorting out my account for so long but Mina did her magic, she was patient and welcoming. Thank you so much for your service
