Hey, Furniture Zone!! I purchased a Whitney couch in August 2019, delivery was on time in mid-November 2019. 4-6 weeks after delivery the cushions are pilling like crazy in high usage areas. I have emailed the store I purchased from who have forwarded your email twice to the Warranties Office". I have messaged your fb page privately 3 times (tonight being the third) and have had absolutely no response!! It is nearly a month since I sent in my first email - WHY ARE YOU NOT RESPONDING?!?!"

Well everything esle not to bad just the parking for when you go an pick your furniture or something up but you got to ask them can you get stuff from the front or do you have to go round the back to get your stuff must ask for bigger stuff no room in car park area must do .

a few months ago we bought from the store in Henderson a bed and mattress and a lounge suite for a total of just over $3000.1 month after we had delivery of the bed, great, but the lounge suite was delayed by another month !! when i ask last week about it to the manager at the Henderson shop, she told me while on the phone with the head office, that the lounge suite was going to be delivered the following week. Having no news about it i went to the shop and she told me oh yes it will be another 2 weeks !!" i then asked for a phone number and name to complain and she only gave me an email

Karen was amazing and so helpful, highly recommend seeing her! Will definitely be back and you will always be our first stop when we need something for our home. Thank you again Karen!

Karen was incredible as a sales person, providing me with easy to understand information (as a first time buyer) and as a customer service rep who went out of the way to deliver the mattress to me (outside her work hours and my place wasn't even in her direction). On top of that, she even kindly (out of purely her own goodwill), bring it up to the 3rd floor for me. I cannot thank her enough. She is such a gem and I would highly recommend doing business with her! She's also been helping others in the community with setting up the furniture in her own free time. :-)

I love my new lounge suite but I must say I was surprised when it was delivered in 3 huge boxes and left for me to assemble and dispose of the packaging. Fortunately I was able to get my neighbour to help otherwise I would be sitting on boxes. It would pay to check the conditions of delivery.

ATTENTION DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They take your cash and details and say your bed will be delivered in ten working days (a long time for a delivery). When ten working days are up there is nothing delivered and no call to say what's happening. Arrive to the store and they say we have none in stock and they blame the warehouse in Tauranga for the bad communication. But we will get your bed delivered tomorrow, next day comes they ring up and say there is no bed can you come in to get your refund and then you can take your money somewhere else (OMG they said that). I'm shocked that this store offers bad customer experience. Still haven't received a refund to this day. This store deserves no STARs at all. Scammers.

We recently bought a queen size mattress from Furniture Zone, Henderson, replacing one that we had used for many years. The manager, Karen, spent ages with us, advising us on both the features and benefits, of each mattress. Then, after making our decision, based on Karen's expert advice, we bought our mattress at a very attractive price. Besudes beds, Furniture Zone carry a nice selection of other furniture. So, do call in to see Karen, at Furniture Zone, Henderson, next door to K Mart.
