Not very professional when the person doesn't provide an invoice and threatens you via txt messages for payment. Strongly suggest contacting other locksmiths in the area. Would not recommend. Edit: If he had bothered to check the review I'm not the client for the scenario he is referring to. Please try harder next time and STILL I do not recommend this business.

The lock to our back door did not work properly. After explaining the issue to Dave, he offered advice on how to sort the problem myself and save me having to pay him to fix something I potentially could do myself. I managed to sort the problem with the lock in the end. So a BIG thank you to Dave. Great service.

HONESTLY BLOWN AWAY ! David contacted me last night after being contacted by my insurance company about my Mazda Demio which was broken into and had the ignition barrel stolen. He literally took 1 HOUR out of his own time (refer to photos) to walk me through how to get my car driving again (without repairing it), and talked me through what I need to do and where I need to go to get the damage repaired the cheapest way possible, WITHOUT EVEN USING HIS SERVICES ! If that doesn't sound like outstanding service to you and show you how good of a person David is, then somethings wrong with you. And just to clarify, I will definitely be using his services after this encounter and highly encourage anyone else to aswell. Once again, thank you David !

I hired David Alpha Locksmiths from the phonebook. I went up to his house and had a couple of keys made for my scooter. The key that he made was incorrectly made and later rendered me stuck with my scooter locked. When I called him to have a look at the problem he correctly refiled the key to work. He then billed me for an additional service call and when called on it was unfriendly and hung up on me. I do not like being treated like this and would not recommend him. This is not for incorrectly making the key but for his rude and unfriendly treatment. Hung up on me? He must not want any good will.

I’ve found David from Alpha Locksmiths to be a competent locksmith with reasonable prices & an all-around lovely fellow. He’s successfully repaired my car door lock after an attempted break-in & also cut a pair of keys for me. A pleasure to deal with, would recommend.
