The most unprofessional property management I have ever dealt with. Would not recommend ever renting a property through Rueben or anyone from this company.Edit - We received our full bond and did not go to tribunal so I’m not sure why you are lying.

Best property management company I have used so far. Rueben has been fantastic to deal with. Very professional and great communication. Rueben swiftly took over from my previous property manager who had been terrible to work with. The transition was smooth and I can definitely tell he has our (and our tenant's) best interests at heart. Absolutely recommend!

Best Property management company I have ever used.We changed over one of our properties to Dunedin property management,the process was so simple, we never had to speak to the previous management company the whole process was taken care of on our behalf.Since changing over we have found them to be very professional, always keeping us up to date with our property not just when something is wrong.All inspections are carried out on time with a full report being sent including photos.I highly recommend Dunedin property management.

It was great to experience a property manager who looked after the tenant and the landlord equally. It was very unexpected but impressed to receive a fruit and veg gift delivery during lockdown, they were great in helping me find another tenant when I had to break the tenancy unexpectedly.

As a group of 4 tenants, we could not have been happier with our property managers Rueben and Talaya. While we did have issues to raise throughout the tenancy, they could not have been more professional to deal with and were always available to listen for any issues we had and work with the property owner toward a remedy. Highly recommended to rent from.
