Waimate Pharmacy

Excellent staff

I first assumed they could be a tiny little pharmacy with very few options. But that wasn't the case at all. They had lot of options. Inside was really nice. Well presented. Is a pleasure this is there in vee little Waimate. Two staff members who served me were great and helpful too. U wouldn't need to go to Timaru or Oamaru when u have this here in Waimate. No regrets totally on the visit. When they found that I shifted from Auckland, that is when it went to a conversation. I really liked that bcz am all alone by myself. They made it a pleasurable first time. I normally dnt rate places providing services a 5 stars, max is usually a 4. But, unless real good as here.

Helpful staff and the head pharmacist Harvey is just awesome. Can't recommend them enough

Not bad , thou there is one fella there who is a bit of a busy body and quite judgemental . I'll be going to timaru and not recommending this establishment . Sorry . You dropped the ball with rude staff

I’m a first time mother and came in with my baby pretty distressed as she’s been very unsettled and having a lot of reflux. I went in and asked for some baby gaviscon. Told it is ‘unavailable’ no further explanation or guidance. I asked if they had anything at all to help with reflux or anything I could do and they simply told me no. That was it. No guidance, no help, nothing. In fact the guy in the dispensary couldn’t even be bothered to look up. Really upset with my experience and had to drive home with an unhappy baby.
