ASB Hunters Plaza Branch

I am so happy with the service at this branch, especially with that guy named Kevin(didn’t get his last name). As we were lining up waiting for the receptionist, he saw us and came and asked how he can help us. He was very friendly and professional, very very good customer service :)

Lady was very rude ..

I am ASB customer since last 2-3 years. The lady name Edelina was rude and mannerless. She should not be working in the bank. Bad customer service. I was already in the line waiting atleast 20 minutes or more, she came to us and started asking people why we are in the bank. I put my questions but not fully satisfied with her answers so i wanted to talk to someone senior who have more knowledge than her, she said they gonna answer you same. Fine, that’s not a problem for me that they gonna answer me same but she told me to go to the line again, i said i am already in the line. She said no you go back to the line ( atleast 10 people behind)I didn’t understand why i have to go back to the line when I already in the line and i am only one person behind to the counter. Then i left bank without clearing my queries.

Poor service, Lady doesn't understood simple question, tried to explain her more than 6 times and keep repeating same answers which anyone can easily search on Google.... Frustrating....

It was great experience and best customer service i ever received from bank. Kevin was an awesome gentleman.

Today I've met a lady name Ann here. She said she's not manager but her wisdom and way of talking was not less than that. It's completely understandable how staff has to work under professionalism but we're humans at the end of the day and the way she gave some sane personal advice while being in her professional boundaries is the thing a customer expect anyways and I'm thankful to meet her and expect her to grow more with asb as she's an asset to keep for asb. Cheers.

One of the worst branch. Very poor customer service.

DONT apply for debt consollidation loans through this branch and DONT go through Raselo the cook island woman. Poor communication, poor phone manner and unreasonable.
