I love Kristina Raffaele and all the staff in the salon. It's an outstanding place with exceptional service, honest advice on hair styles / colours / products and maintenance. I have been going here for years after Krissy fixed a really bad botch job for me and I wouldn't go elsewhere. If you're after high quality professional service with exceptional staff (and a great coffee service) - go here, you won't be disappointed.

Excellent service, reasonable prices, lovely staff. Great hairstylists :)I have never looked back since I started going there, the staff go the extra mile especially Krissy and Tanya. I take my kids there, and they do a great job with them too. You can tell that there is excellent leadership as the culture is so positive and professional. They are very good with cleanliness and abiding by lockdown levels, so you feel very safe during covid times. They also make good coffee!

If you’re south Asian, don’t go here to get your hair coloured. They don’t know how to work with this kind of hair. They over bleached my hair and no colour will stay for over 2 weeks. When I called, they said it’s normal that it fades to blonde that fast, which clearly isn’t true. They just want you to keep coming back to colour it often.
