The glasses feel very cheaply made. They creak and make all sorts of noise when I move my head. Hard to clean lenses. Just don't think it was worth the money spent on them. They tend to slide down my nose easily too. Customer service has been great though! This is nothing against the company, just the glasses.

I struggled for years of waking frequently through the night and feeling tired through the day. After replacing the hallway light (which is the only light that stays on all night) with a blockblue bulb am now sleeping through the night and wake feeling refreshed! I have now replaced all bulbs in the house for the whole family, we are all sleeping better! Highly recommend blueblock lights.

I love my sleep mask. It blocks light completely and it's pretty comfortable. Be careful though, you need to wash it by hand or the padding around the eyes gets misshapen.

I bought the No Blue Amber Book Light" as I travel a lot and change time zones. I need all the help I can get to wind down with a book to sleep at odd times. I carry it in my travel bag and use it rather than turn my phone on for a light at night. A lot of my family have purchased these now and they are great as a gentle soothing night light when up to babies or children in the night.We have consequently bought a "Sweet Dreams Night Light "bulb for the reading light above our bed. Our bedroom is now a restful haven at the end of a day.If you want to give someone a practical health-enhancing gift for Christmas

I love my lights. The small lamps suit me. I am off-grid and they are what I want from a light. I can read by them. These lights take you to a different place of appreciating what smart light is. I concur, light is so important to our health, thank you.

I have had the ‘ block blue light, twilight bulbs and Sweet Dreams bulb for a while.Now it was time to try the Bio light and the Multi Mode Book light…. What can I say…. They are all amazing … I would highly recommend as they are so calming and relaxing.Thank you Daniel

I have been on a mission to look after my health and Daniel has helped me with this.I have purchased a red light panel, blue light blocking glasses (pro tip: add the glass cleaner to your order) and some, blue light free bulbs for the lounge and bedroom.Soon after putting the glasses on at night I start yawning, and feel very sleepy. Sleep drive is high.The bulbs set great ambience in the lounge and the red ones are like sleeping pills in the bedrooom.I use the red light panel for recovery after the gym and it has led to some fat loss as well. (I am 57)Quality products delivered very fast. Very pleased.
