Little Manila Tauranga Crossing
My partner ordered a crispy pork Karekare today. It did not taste authentic unlike before when the bald chef was still there. The pork was not crispy, the rice undercooked and not enough sauce. Was a disappointing meal for someone who’s craving for a filipino dish. We only live 5 mins away from it and it should still be crispy if its cooked fresh. It is nice to have a filipino food place close by but if it doesn’t taste authentic, I would just travel a long way just to satisfy my food cravings.

We came here to eat first time. The food looked great and well presented but when we went to order the guy was so rude we walked away. A lesson in customer service is required and if you're having a bad day don't come to work and take it out on your customers

Little Manila Tauranga Crossing
We had food there today, everything was really great. I just feel bad for the service. The manager asked me to move towards the other side of the stall to order only to realise that she will be moving towards that side as well to serve me when in fact the whole transaction can be done including payment at the other side where we started earlier. I think this manager still needs training in customer service as she does not know how to address most customers too. Cheers
