Horrible experience with the owner of the business Duncan. Very rude & belittles other people! from looking at reviews can see I’m not the only one.Not a nice way to do business - shop somewhere else with better customer service!

I have made 2 online purchases over last few weeks.One of a pair of bar stools arrived with several scratches likely to have occurred while being transported. Stacks responded promptly and most reasonably around this. Also purchased sideboard. An exceptional piece of furniture.I couldn't be happier.

Woman Beware!!!!If you take this company to task about incorrect measurements by his staff on custom furniture...... he will blame you or make you feel its your fault!!! He will belittle you over the phone and laugh at you should you expect some redress . Begrudgingly he will come to the party and tell you how much it cost him. Something of which can only rest entirely on his key staff that is responsible for the measurements ,when sent to site.Great rniture but very poor after sale service. If something is not quite right and needs rectified, they don't follow up in a timely fashion and are very poor with their return communications. His female key consultant is inept and shares the owners bullying attitude...... My personal opinion is.... Shop somewhere ELSE!!!!

After requesting/receiving quote for the Viking extn (medium) table, I ordered/paid for it. I received the table within a week of ordering, the service was awsome, and any questions/queries I had were answered promptly. I had been a bit concerned about ordering the table without physically sighting it, but I needn't have worried, it is just like the one on the website, and the packing etc. was great, the dellivery agents were also fantastic. Highly recommend this furniture store, would purchase from them again.

Fantastic service. We ordered two couches using their bespoke service - choose your frame, your fabric, softness of your seat cushions, etc. Really well priced compared to other furniture stores - and the added bonus of designing exactly what we wanted!

Stacks can really improve on their customer service and order handling. Ordered a couch that was 3 weeks late in delivery, then got a passive aggressive call (from Dunc) about final payment being late when never told me it was due before delivery. Tried to make it sound like a favor when they were really the ones who dropped the ball (multiple times). Few of their staff are lovely and their goods are really nice - not worth the stress and money.

We bought a couch today on special.Helpful service accommodating our needs.

Didn’t have a great first experience with Stacks Furniture when we purchased our bar stools. There was bad communication on their part but they have redeemed themselves after providing better communication and service when we purchased our dining table and chairs which are perfect!
