Update to owner response: well that's a lie again. Your door to door person did originally quote me with gutter and the up to 4 tile repairs, its the only reason we used you, but when the other employee got here she said the sales person no longer worked there and she couldn't find the contract for gutters and changed the quoting amounts. Then when I asked about the tiles, the employee said they will have a look, then the employee got back to me( not the manager) saying you wont or can't do it via text. Which contradicts what you sold me on, and again the reason we used you in the first place. I haven't had a single bit of contact from anybody since the employee sent me a text message and I requested an escalation and still no response to both my emails to your company. This is the first and only response I have received since escalating BUT you were happy to send me a bill :)Lied on their quote to me, took longer than I was told for them to provide the service, lost my gutter clean contract, then told me I will have to wait even longer at a higher price than quoted before. The spray I was told came with up to 4 free tile repairs. Then they backed out of that and said they wont do that. So all I got was an expensive spray with nothing of what I originally wanted.asked for a supervisor, heard nothing back, sent 2 emails to them. No response, but they sent be the bill. How niceFeel scammed, unorganized, didnt provide the service I wanted, not responding to anything. will never ever use again

Partner paid for moss removal and roof repair instead got gutters full of moss and a roof that leaks more than before. What a useless company a bunch of kids could have done a better job.

Received a quote in my letter box from Bernard Murphy, not sure what branch he's as it doest not state this on the quote and nothing comes up on Google about a Wanganui branch and fielding is the closest.... Anyways I did not request a quote so the fact that a man is going around casing out houses is just plain creepy! Having people enter properties without permission is unprofessional and I cant believe you allow this behaviour within your company! Also if he comes on my property again without permission I will be contacting the police.

They arranged a time to meet me at my rental but didn’t turn up. Had my mobile number so no reason not to let me know. I have a moss proofing schedule with them but I won’t have them back.

Had a leak in our garage last year, they came out about 8x, repeatedly putting silicone in it. It got worse. Eventually they came out and replaced the flashing for free, which fixed the leak. However, we have had a new leak even worse, another roofer has looked at it and shown me that the flashing isn't actually long enough because E&H clearly couldn't be bothered cutting around a pipe to make it fit. Not happy.

Had house sprayed and roof house looked terrible for months was told that was normal moss never went rung before 12 months was up hard to get response in mean time a quote for stage 2 of roof was put in letter box. Was told unless I was going to go thru with stage 2 of roof $400 they wouldn't respray house terrible attitude stay well clear of them. Plenty of others company's cheaper as well.

Message taking reception very good. Local office very good. Tradesman has been and hopefully made temp repairs. Waiting for job to be finishef
