Justin Hartley undoubtedly has the market knowledge required that both vendors and purchasers require. We sold and purchased through Justin and would highly recommend him. We were never rushed or pressured and found him to be very accommodating with time etc. There will be no hesitation when it comes to selling again, Justin will be our first port of call.

Justin was so accommodating- we had 3 days to find a house on a trip to Christchurch from the Waikato. At 10 mins notice Justin was able to show us all 3 houses we were interested in on our second last day, having already looked in other districts . He obligingly took me through all of them again the next morning. He didn’t rush me and took a step back so I could think clearly without interruption. We bought one of the houses and have now moved in - really pleased with our decision! His communication was good throughout the process, as was his responsiveness to our many questions. Buying in a market we didn’t know was stressful, and his reassurance was appreciated.

Excellent to deal with - best buying experience for years.

My partner and I really loved a property in pegasus, a 2 bedroom townhouse with the lake view. I have offered 650k, Justin/Jordan told me not possible, as all the offer they received are over 650k to early 700k. But still, we left our details and budget to them with the hope of hearing back from them. Then just yesterday, we found out that the property sold at 646,000!!! It is so outrageous that they even didn't care !!!!
