Appalling customer service. Failed my Tuscon WOF saying tinting on back windows was too dark. Hyundai Auckland fitted the tint before we took ownership 6 years ago. Between the two branches neither took ownership or offered any assistance. Biggest joke was Hyundai Tauranga have passed the car on WOFs on previous years with no problem. To add insult to injury, because of the stalling and lack of communication by the time I had to get the windows retinted (at my own cost) then they charged another $78 to put the WOF sticker on my windscreen! Have taken my car here for a service each year and my husband purchased a new one from them last year. Certainly won’t be taking it back or recommending them.
