Reposting because somehow you had my review removed. More than happy to post elsewhere as reviews need to reflect the truth. I have texts and witnesses so happy to go further if you wish.Work differed to what was quoted without consultation.In reply to your reply, you started the work before I noticed the works were not as quoted. I did raise this issue with you . You told me there were issues and you had to do it the way you did. Which was very, very different to what I had requested and you just went ahead and did it anyway without letting me know beforehand. You also admitted you'd forgotten what you quoted - your story and excuses keep changing.If you had to redo the job it would have cost you significantly more and the discount was only extra costs for tree roots which was minimal compared.Considering the digging was not completed how it should have been, I don't think it should have been charged in the first place.I also didnt want to argue but the job was not the job i had asked to be done and what was quoted hence the rate.Response from the owner3 days agoHi SandyWe discussed the reasons as to why the retaining wall had to be changed before we started building. Throughout the build you didn’t mention any issues which would have made things easier to change. I asked how would you like me to fix the problem even though we had previously agreed on the changes. I offered I discount to compensate for this as I did not want to argue the issue further and you were happy with that and said our workman ship was great. I don’t understand why you have now given me 2 stars after you told me you were happy with everything.

The Stag Industries team built a retaining wall and tiled patio area for us recently. We are very happy with the result! The team worked hard, and Hassan kept us updated on the progress of the job throughout. On top of that we really appreciated having such nice, friendly and polite guys working on our property. We would definitely recommend their services.

Absolutely awesome!! Built our deck for a Spa and helped with the layout of the firepit area!!!Hassan listened well and was on the 'same page' as my vision!! He also contributed with amazing ideas, that finally worked well to our budget.Best were his updates and communication. I can highly recommend his work!!

These guys are very easy to deal with! Actually respond to your messages quickly & professionally. They sorted our yard fence quickly & managed to do it at a better rate than all others we asked! Highly recommend

We asked them recently to have a concrete job done at out house and was done to perfection. The jobs they did was more than what we expected as they also rebuilt some of our doors outside that needed fixing for a long time now. These guys are real pros.

Hassan and Isaac were awesome to deal with and did a great job of replacing our fence. They were great communicators, efficient and their work was high quality - all for a reasonable price compared to other quotes we had.

The Stag Industries team is great. We hired them to build a shed under our house and to fix some boards on our cladding. They were very friendly and did a great job. I'd recommend them for any build work.
