Post Haste Couriers West Auckland

Hands down the worst courier company in NZ. Will never buy products from stores the at use them a courier anymore. Pay for 2 day delivery and still waiting over ten days. Useless

I used nzpost courier and post haste courier on the same day. NZ post arrived the next morning. 3 days later and I am still waiting for post haste to arrive.It did arrive after 3 days. The courier handed it to the office manager but signed for it himself!

Great work team.Just want to thank you to the driver who delivered my parcel on Reynella drive Massey. Without any specific instruction the driver has delivered and kept it in the safe place as I was not at home when parcel was delivered.

Should be called post heist, once they have your parcel you don't know if you're ever see it, less than one hours drive from pick up to delivery still waiting two weeks later, totally disgusting service.

The courier in this area doesn't look as professional as the other areas. They courier never bothered to knock or ring, and just left a card-to-call at the front of the door - even if someone is at home; I think it's because they share with New Zealand Courier. Their call-center staff is friendly and accommodating, though; and can organise after-hours pick-up for you. This site will close for pick-up at 1p on Friday, but if you ring and organise a pick-up they'll wait until 4.30p.So 5 stars for their call-center and staff member on this site, but -3 (minus 3) for their couriers.

An item is to be picked up by one of your drivers. I got a call to say the scheduled pick up time is between 0800-1630. Firstly, that is absurd and ridiculous! How do you expect someone to wait for 8.5hours for a driver to show up? That is something the company has to change. Unacceptable and absolutely rubbish to expect that from someone.Secondly, after waiting 8.5hours, the driver still HAS NOT shown up. I've waited for 9hours at the time of writing this email and the customer service, person, Natalie, said the driver has accepted it at 0800 this morning and is coming to pick up the parcel. It's a Friday and I have things to do and cannot be waiting around for a driver to come afterhours. This is totally unacceptable. Natalie or however, it is spelt is also absolutely rude. Of course I am mad and snappy at her because I've already waited 9 hours for the driver who has not shown up.

Should not be allowed to be called post haste as that would imply that they deliver fast or at the very least on time. Was offloaded to the Kumeu branch a week ago and still hasn’t arrived. Slow or lazy, I don’t know. Maybe both.

They picked up a 'fast tracked' courier on Tuesday morning and could not deliver it to the other side of Auckland by Friday. I made multiple requests to pick it up myself which they did not allow me to do. Don't use this company.
