I went to see John for 2 slipped discs my L4 & L5, I couldn't really walk and had limited mobility when I first went to physio and had a dissectomy approved and awaiting to happen, since going to pure physio I havw gained 90% mobility and have limited pain I am able to live life a lot freer because of the treatment I have received and I cannot be happier and more thankful!!

Highly recommend Pure Physio...I went to John with TMJ pain. I was taking painkillers every 3 hours and after just my first appointment with him, the pain was almost gone!

My family have been seeing John as our physio over the past 7 years. He is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to our treatment programs be it for Gym injuries , sprained ankles or my scoliosis. John is gentle and realistic with the at home treatments he recommends. I would highly recommend for physio treatment.

I'm generally a very active person but I had hurt my back over a year ago and it affected my sciatica. I had been to a chiropractor, osteopath, acupuncturist, I was taking Tramadol and even had an MRI to find out what was going on because I could barely walk any distance. Went to John and within six to eight weeks I was back to normal and am now doing yoga three times a week. Cannot thank him enough and would highly recommend him to anyone who is having trouble with their back.
