Ridiculously good service, talented friendly staff. Needed a deadlock keyed alike and was done in no time flat and it works well. Very happy, and very happy to recommend. Funny thing is my old locksmith in Ponsonby closed and Google brought me to this site; ex-staffer from there served me! :)

After losing my workshop key at 3.30pm and being told by several companies I'd have to wait till after hours I contacted Hardware Direct. Not only was the service pleasant and professional it was fast, (less than an hour wait) efficient and far friendlier on the wallet that all prior quotes. 100% recommended!

Amazing service from Zarene and the team! Very polite and friendly over the phone and in person. Knew exactly what needed to be done and charged accordingly. Said they would take an hour and they did. No mucking around here. Would recommend them and use again in future. Thanks!

What fabulous service. I needed additional security keys for an Auckland property that has only security keys for entry. Deborah explained the process so clearly, phone calls made, and she made it happen with authorization from the security company and the proof required. Deborah, you are a star.

Great service. But quite expensive. A CR1220 battery is sold at 10NZD. Jaycar sells the same for 3.80.

Awesome service, let me drop my car off before they opened and stayed open a little after closing to make sure I got it back same day.Everything was smooth, price was great, service was fantastic.Can't recommend highly enough.

Exceptional service, absolutely saved my day! Snapped my car key in two trying to open the boot on my way home. They kept the shop open late at closing time to get the keys cut and made sure they worked. Highly recommended, professional, knowledgeable and super service.
