Ruined my mattress topper, very disappointing. I was never warned that was a risk. They did have another go to restore it but the damage was done. The lady on the phone was more defensive than apologetic. Worst part is I actually paid to have my expensive topper spoiled. A refund at least would’ve been a welcomed gesture!

Absolutely disgusting service! I have had a ball gown made by a world known dressmaker and you have ruined it! Melted the boning and shrunk the whole dress! Now blaming it on me. It was not given to you in that condition. I will get to the bottom of this! You know who I am so get in contact with me or this will be taken further.
