Well if only I read this before wasting money on people who aren't 100% truthful about how they operate.

Frankly at my wits end with A Little Tuning Co.Ordered what will be the last part from them in late December and emailed for a rough eta on January 15th as I was yet to hear anything.I received a response which indicated a Feb 8th delivery however it seemed as if that was the manufacture eta from the screenshot provided (American product) not the arrival time in NZ so I asked for clarification.Despite a follow up a week ago I still have yet to receive a response and it is now a full month since I heard back from them, well past the date they indicated. This is pretty par for the course with a little tuning, getting basic customer service is like drawing blood from a stone.Delays and postage issues I can tolerate, and have multiple times from this same company (every single order actually) but bad customer service is inexcusable, especially when your whole selling point is being a convenient middle man.My recommendation - go straight to the manufacturer. You wont have to pay the extra markup and the wait time will be exactly the same. You'll get a better deal even after postage and currency conversion rates.I would also recommend Harry's Euro if you want a NZ source for similar parts, I have had no issues with them and they actually keep their parts in stock and available, haven't had to wait more than a week for parts from them and I always get responses within an hour or two (they even reply out of hours)Support good practices, and shop elsewhere.

I'm glad that we have this crowd here in NZ – I needed a part urgently for my VW GTI and was pleasantly surprised (after Googling the obscure part number) that it was available in NZ. Long story short I ordered it and it showed up in Auckland the next day – thank you!

This company is extremely difficult to get a hold of (I have called 10+ times and never had the phone answered), and lied to me throughout the entire process of getting the parts to me. Please excuse the short novel below:When my car broke two weeks out from needing to use it for a long journey, I decided that it was worth paying the premium ($400 over the value if ordered in direct) to get parts that were in NZ. After looking on the website, the parts I needed were listed as in stock, so i made the purchase. Three days later, with no response from the company or update to the shipping, I started to worry that they wouldn't arrive in time and tried to give the company a call. The phone rang through to answer phone, so I left it half an hour and tried again where it rang once before being declined. I followed this with an email and facebook message, with no response. With still no response by the following week, and several calls later, I emailed asking to cancel the order, and promptly got a reply saying that the order had been shipped but DHL could not provide a tracking number which is why 'A Little Tuning Co' had not been in contact. After calling DHL, I found that they could very easily provide a tracking number, and that the parts were actually being ordered in from the USA - with arrival time of of the week after i needed the parts. Clearly the parts were not in stock as stated on the website and they weren't going to arrive in time.Again I tried to cancel the order, but was assured the parts would arrive in time, and that there was a second order that was accidentally sent by the people at the warehouse in the USA, and that was what DHL were mistakenly talking about.Third time is the charm... or not. After trying to cancel the order a third time I was told that the order could only be returned for store credit because I had not cancelled the order before it was sent. This is extremely frustrating because I tried to get in contract with the company long before the items were shipped to cancel, but they would not respond to any form of communication. The irony of the whole situation is that if I had gone directly the the manufacturer as I had originally planned, the parts would have arrived with two days to spare and i would have $400 more.Since the order has arrived, I have been getting texts from DHL about other packages being sent to other 'A Little Tuning Co' customers throughout the country. For some reason they have been assigning my number to other customers packages.I highly recommend avoiding this company, and ordering in direct from the manufacturers website. It costs less, and the parts will arrive quicker.

This business doesn’t publicise that they are effectively operating as a dropshipping agent. They must pay for advertising to NZ customers, and will happily take your money for parts listed as “in stock”, when really they’re ordering them from the overseas manufacturer after you place the order. You’ll wait for weeks, and pay more than ordering directly from the manufacturer. To be fair they responded to my enquires unlike below reviews, but it is questionable to operate in this manner without making it clear to your customers. The parts I ordered, and the order confirmation I received said nothing about the parts needing to be ordered directly from the supplier in the USA. Im usually cautious of this sort of thing, but was deceived by this site. I hope others won’t be

I have been dealing with an employee (not sure of their name) through Facebook Messenger regarding a few parts for my vehicle. Their responses have been extremely fast and the have been very helpful. This company sells great products at great prices which I would otherwise have to purchase from overseas. Thanks A Little Tuning Co! :)

I ordered a part from them on the 17th of April, with an understanding of the pandemic going on I knew things were going to be a bit slower than usual and was also told they were waiting on stock and this would be 4 weeks. That was fine and I placed my order. From there communication was terrible, I emailed about 6 weeks later to ask for an update, and received no response. I then contacted them via Facebook and did get a response with estimated date of arrival. A week after date of arrival I still hadn’t received communication from them, again I followed up and was told they will be another week. Finally when stocks were received, I got a email with tracking details. And for the past 5 days it’s been sitting in Christchurch. The least you could do is express post it when someone has been waiting 4 months!! Your companies communication is appalling. Even with Lockdown and covid quarantines I could of flown to America and brought one back in a quarter of the time. I will not be using you again and highly recommend others don’t, just go direct to Integrated engineering USA or APR. Any competent mechanic can install bolt off, bolt on parts, you defiantly don’t need these “specialist”.

Horrible customer service, first and last time purchasing anything from this website.Ordered a pair of 10mm spacers for my vehicle on 3rd Feb and received shipment confirmation on 5th Feb, after the long weekend I received it on the 10th Feb with my vehicle booked in for installation the next day. However when the package was opened; wrong product. I had received 15mm spacers. I messaged their Facebook page and got a nice response where the guy told me he can send the 10mm spacers via courier however I wanted a refund and told I would confirm if I wanted a refund or exchange soon.Few days later I messaged again stating I would like to exchange the item instead for the right spacers where he replied saying he can send them out on the 17th Feb and will arrive on 18th Feb which I agreed and asked for pre paid courier ticket in order to ship the wrong items back to him as I should not be liable to pay for shipment back to him if he sent the wrong item. The next day I messaged him asking if he had shipped it out however no reply, I have messaged him everyday since yet still no reply, called several times on his mobile number and have sent emails yet no reply. It is now the 22nd Feb and I have not heard from him or received any item from him. I must add he is actively posting and commenting/replying to people on his Facebook page yet choosing not to read or show good customer service to his paying waiting customers.I would HIGHLY AVOID purchasing any item from this site as the customer service is horrible, you probably wont receive the item you purchased or get a reply when emailing, calling or messaging him on Facebook. Anywhere but A Little Tuning is the safest bet.
