ZERO stars. The worst service I EVER got in my life. Mean receptionist, they work very slow. Also, they told me that they don't want to help travelers. Don't go there!!!** In respond to what you wrote:Sometimes you need to listen to reviews and take responsibility for your BAD customer service if you wish to get better reviews...Good luck!

They charge me more than they Say it will cost. The mechanic wasnt polite. I don't recomend this place very very expensive really they take ventage about people.

Excellent and very professional service. My car's drive belt got broken during a weekend trip to Wanaka and they repaired it in short time and I could pick it up on next weekend. Very happy, thanks

very racist lady at reception told me to go back to my country as don't even know i am born here lol. call back doesn't want to pickup the phone. if people have guts say on face not on the phone and hang up. wont even bother to deal with her. zero stars. no thank youyes i am not your customer but a automotive parts salesman that i asked more information from the office lady. Thanks

Good job, easy communication. Jason and his team fixed our VW Passat just in time at reasonable price. They also did the required towing as they are linked to Wanaka Towing Services. Can recommend them.
