Booked in for headlights and to replace a brake light bulb. Not only did they not even fix the brake light, but they exceeded their quote more than 70% (quoted $260 and charged $450. They went ahead with the work without any communication or without seeking approval before proceeding. After refusing to pay the inflated cost, the manager got angry and vandalised my car by ripping off the wiper blades. While I acknowledged that he claimed to have replaced the blades (without being asked to do so) and he claimed he was taking them back, he bent the arms of the wipers so the blades don't sit flush with the windscreen, and also kept one of the metal housings for the rubber blade forcing me to return to the shop again to ask for it back.I wish I had read the google reviews before booking my car in as the underquoting / overcharging seems to be their M.O. I would never take my car here again.

Excellent service at a reasonable cost. The problem was diagnosed and corrected quickly. As a first time customer I was impressed with Oliver’s willingness to assist even though he was clearly really busy.

Great and Friendly service they were also very flexible and we were able to change dates because of an important appointment after already booking the wof in for the day beforePartner dropped my car off this morning for a wof they called to let him know when it was ready to be picked up and I was able to come pick it up a few hours later which was great not having to wait around like other places that do wofs cheers guys

If you want an experience where a business doesn't listen, makes promises it can't deliver on, and treats you like you are taking up their time, this may be the place to go. What's more laughable is that someone else who obviously had a similar experience with the owners arrogant, rude, and dismissive behavior placed poor feedback whom he thought was me. Time to reflect inward rather than being reactive and focus on your customer service. You may want to check that manual booking system you use to see who the other disgruntled customer was.

called today at lunch time to try and organize my car to be fixed for next week. after letting the person on the phone know my name and where I was located, the person that answered the phone said its Friday afternoon what do you want". With service like that

Was having issues with the lights on my boat trailer. Oliver and his team diagnosed the issue in no time and confirmed my suspicions that the trailer needed a re-wire. This was done promptly at what I would call very reasonable pricing. Would definitely go back without any hesitations.
