I needed an international drivers licence processed today and found the staff member very very helpful, friendly and I was served promptly, I only take off one star because she called me hun and I prefer only my closest friends use that term but otherwise no issues here

The service is very slow. Waited for 3 hours or more in the line after my theory test done. The rest of the customers were not happy too. Customer service is not good. One of them showed different attitude to Asian and kiwi. Overall, I won't recommend to go there at all.

I don't even want to give them 1 star. They are very rude and disrespectful. They didn't want to solve my problem at all. Not helpful people there. It was the worst customer service I've ever gotten and it was a waste of my time. I will never go back there and I don't recommend to anyone to go there.

Worst customer service.. Kirsty Vincent & Erna Du Preez from this branch are the most arrogant, inconsiderate and mannerless customer service lead.. they think they rule the world. The AA team is there is just to find reasons to wrongly take money from you and try to put it on you and insult you. Highly unprofessional and most arrogant staff

Staff member told us after not servicing or request to come back 8:30 Tuesday again. Nice little joke on us. They only open at 9.Fits with general service from this organization...

The staff are polite but have an attitude of superiority and almost seems as though they think they hold power over everyone....... humble and helpful is better than arrogant!!!!

They like to dragging the things.Not happy with service.First told me passport copy is fine, now I got copy, they said need original now.Just wasted time.

I went in for an international drivers licence and Mavis attended to me very quickly. She was professional, had great customer service and it was really lovely having a chat with her on a day I was running errands
