I enjoyed working with Colleen on the sale of my fathers house. She went above and beyond what I expected a Real Estate Agent to do. She helped me by arranging the replacement netting on the screen door and letting the carpet cleaners in for me. The pricing guide was correct and a buyer was found promptly (within a week).
