Thought of having a subway for lunch.Ordered 2 6inch and one wrap.Indian guy putting cheese in a very stingy way, hola I am paying $16 for a wrap and then turn comes for salads. Girl at the counter with rude face no customer ethics and duck looking tbh. She shouldn’t be working if not happy. Shows that’s someone has put a gun and making her work.She is put totally no salad at the name of showing of they offer salad. She didn’t put onions, cucumber was like no anyway. While pouring sauces it was spilling way.Owners really need to consider this and think about their business who they hiring. If people are unhappy to give good customer service and getting what they paying for. It’s totally rip off the way they making subs. It’s never come from me. Previous staff was good I pass by always, but this time was the last time.

Confirmed with the staff there before claiming an offer in the app. During the payment being charged extra without being offered the receipt. The receipt being thrown by the staff straight to the bin. Later, I went to ask about the extra payment, they said I was right but they can’t do a refund. The service is horrible.

Usually pretty good but have recently employed new staff that have a lack of consideration for time.Waited 20 mins in a line of 3 people for a 6inch sub. Simply poor time management.Had x1 worker in a span of 20mins complete 2 sandwiches, while the other workers did everything else! I felt sorry for them!

I want to give zero rating but not an option of zero star.. never answer phone call .. try to call them 15times can share screenshots to do little update in online order but never got answered phone call .. way of making subway is messy nd yucky0% hygiene, staff looks messy too , use same gloves for 2 subs

The best subway sandwich I have had in a long time but this review is mainly for the lovely staff member who served us. Thank you very much. 10/10 for customer service!

Paper thin cucumbers, capcisum and onions , i worked in subway and know that should not be the standards, vege patty not available when I visited previously, beetroot, spinach not available either, why should I pay what they charge when they can't deliver. Very poor.
