They keep ringing me to arrange appointments at times that I'm not available, and then not showing up at the times that they say they will. They will make an appointment, then change it and not inform me that it was changed... and then show up at time they decided on, just expecting me to play along. Yeah nah. Useless.

These guys overcharged our account. It then took 7+ months to get the charges changed and our refund. Be aware!

We struggled with this company who didn't honour their one-year warranty until we pressured them, and they did not listen to our requests generally about respecting tenants , sending reports etc. Interactions were only good with admin, where invoices were VERY efficiently sent! We have stopped their 'services'.
