Ordered 3 custom cakes for 3 kids - 1 chocolate and 2 candy land all large. When I picked them up, I had 2 chocolate and 1 candy land. Now I have to try figure out how to deal with the disappointment of one of my kids at their birthday party when the other 2 got what they wanted. Please start paying attention when you take down orders. Update: Changed from 1 star to 4 because the cakes were fresh and delicious.

Really bad - I ordered a cake for my daughters birthday for a pick up time and date. The colours had bled into the icing and you tell it had been sitting there for a while. The display cake wasn’t like this at all!! When I requested, they swapped the cake for another but tried to say that’s how they all are!! The other they cake they swapped it for was better. They clearly tried to give me an old cake!!

WHAT A RIP OFF! I bought a Mississippi Baked cheesecake for a special occasion after not buyin one for years and was seriously disappointed! The chocolate swirls have been changed to blobs of tasteless synthetic cream. The cheesecake also had a bland taste. The size haz reduced by 50% and the price has almost doubled. I wont be going back I wouldn't take one if they were giving them away. AVOID!

This is second time I ordered from them both time cake is good but customer service is really bad .two different cakes I ordered but they gave me two cakes with same flavours and I pay to write on both cakes but they write on one cake and gave it to me I came all the way from Warkworth really disappointed one star is just for good cake but for customer service minus 5

We bought a Custard Sponge Fruit Flan- Absolutely Delicious- lots of comments by 12 family members on how tasty it was- yay!Great Service from David- offered to have all ready for us in 10 minutes, Exceptional SERVICE! I bought a wild strawberry cake yesterday, but the cheesecake had already melted inside and was squishy. I think it's already melted in the store refrigerator, or the cream setting is bad. A few months ago, I bought my favorite cake, but due to lack of ingredients, I had to eat it with a different flavor. It was very disappointing. I've never been like this even if I don't buy it from another cheese shop for a long time.It's already my second time being disappointed in this shop.

I had a bad experience with another cheesecake shop who lost record of my order. This Silverdale one was much more on to it, and after discussing allergens with them, I realised that the Lincoln road branch may have set me on the wrong path if they hadn't lost my order.
