Awesome gym! Nick and Jack are super friendly. The gym is large, spacious and has all the equipment, machines, and weights one can possibly need. Bonus: they have and indoor hot and cold pool too. Very fair prices for a week’s use. They handed us keys so we can come anytime. Will definitely come to this gym every time we are in Christchurch.

Plenty of space to do a full range of movements for your cardio as well as all the latest weights equipment. Nice relaxed vibe. I love the hot/cold pools, they soothe my body so nicely and help me sleep.

It's very clean and have good quality of machines. All the staff are friendly. I found my place to do my exercises. The at parking is also handy.

I love this gym! Up to the minute equipment (and plenty of it). Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Great classes, great atmosphere. A can do, nothing’s a problem attitude from the owners. And the hot and cold spa and pool is the icing on the cake after a hard workout. Absolutely brilliant really.

Favorite gym I’ve been to! Good vibes, modern equipment, friendly and approachable staff. Plenty of space for your own workouts and a variety of classes.
