Grace and August
I experienced the most outstanding customer service I have received in a long time from Grace & August. Bought a new supply of masks from them. Great quality and lovely designs. Online service was prompt and received a free sample with my order. Had put through 2 orders for same address at same time and received notice they had combined and refunded me one shipping fee. This has never happened before on any online order and was exceptional. Thanks Grace & August for showing me that great customer service is not dead.
