Three Forks

Thank you Scott and the team at 3 Forks for catering our recent wedding! Admittedly, we presented a bit of a difficulty, wanting a primarily plant-based wedding but these guys absolutely and enthusiastically rose to that challenge! They gave us an incredible grazing platter, complete with vegan cheezes, and a three course meal with family style mains. They came up with a great selection of cookies for dessert to complement our cookie wedding cake. Our food was so so delicious, even the keenest carnivores at our wedding loved it. We've already had people asking for their details for their own upcoming events! The team at 3 Forks are excellent communicators, incredibly flexible, super friendly and accomodating, and highly professional. Everything came together so beautifully and our expectations were truly exceeded. Sam and his team catered for our wedding on a site that had no power, water or kitchen. Not afraid of a challenge, with a generator and water hooked up to the farm supply, they provided a delicious banquet style meal for 140 guests, all from a small marquee. We had so many compliments about how delicious the food was. They were professional and were transparent about costing. I really appreciated that they were able to set up a pop-up kitchen themselves. We would recommend them in a heart-beat.

Maybe it was the travelling distance, were well over half an hour late arriving. When we got back to the property from the ceremony two of our guests had to work in the bar for about 20 minutes, and when we got back as part of the bridal party we had to remind the staff that the bar staff needed to man the bar. Buffet style food was tasty, but the two salads very oily, chicken was dry, mussels/prawns and scallops were very nice and potatoes. Cleaned up well . While we were told on several occasions there would be leftovers and be prepared with containers there was nothing. On questioning told they couldn't leave seafood behind, but to have nothing seemed weird.

Thank you so much to you and your team for the freaking delicious food and top notch service! The staff were super friendly and helpful, put a smile on regardless of how wet cold and awful the weather was. Thank you!Everyones favourite dishes were the salmon, scollops, pork belly and the delicious crunchy beans etc. I know a few couples even went home the next day and bought beans, broccoli etc to try re create it.Once again thank you for all your hard work and organising it was exactly what we wanted!

Delicious food coming from a well organized team! The whole time leading to our wedding, Scott and Courtney acted like nothing was too hard for them to achieve and really put us at ease with the whole thing. Very well delivered service, topped up with the most gentle staff and again: delicious food! Our guests were all commenting on flavors. Thanks guys!!

Three Forks delivered an amazing private dinner party at home for my mother's 70th birthday. The staff were friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Plus the food was delicious with a great variety of options to choose from when planning the menu. Would highly recommend Three Forks for any event!
