The click and collect service is excellent - once you've worked out that the collection desk is waaayyy down the back of the store! Staff have always been helpful and brought stuff through the store and helped load it into the car out front

Update 12-01-2023:Location: It's located across the road from the Westfield and plenty of parking in the area.Customer service: was looking for a suitable camping tent and was on the fence either pole or inflatable and 5 people or 6 people, a young salesperson who always helps me came to me with a smile under mask :) and headed me in the right way. I picked an inflatable, groundsheet and rubber hammer under his supervision. He shared a lot of informative info about maintenance and operation of tent. about price they matched prices in reasonable amount. again stepped out with happy heart.**************************************************************Dropped my bikes to get the right advice either going with new ones or affordable fixes. They fixed them perfectly. They sent me an sms to collect my bikes. Also, a young gentleman head me to the right place and products so at the end of the story I came out from Torpido 7 once having a shelter, Shelter, beach seat, beach trolley and two fresh bikes. I went to Torpedo7 to purchase the Rockwood canvas tent and entered the store hoping there would be a good deal on surfboards too. I was helped by a lovely and knowledgeable young lady who knew her stuff when it came to surfboards. She offered me a great price on the board I wished to purchase since I had already decided on the tent, I didn’t have to ask for it. Because of her friendly, respectful and knowledgeable service I ended up buying an additional item. So, thank you for your help!I will add some photos of the #Rockwood since there are hardly any available online.Great spacious store with excellent service!

THE DOOR MAT REALLY NEED TO ATTACH ON THE FLOOR! It’s a safety hazard!!!Was there at the store looking for bikes for my 5 years old and my 3 years old. The Asian lady was nice and gave us some advices about kids bikes, unfortunately they don’t have the one we want in stock.The kids had bit fun on the trampoline which was displayed at the front door area, when we were making our way exit the front door, my 5years old got tripped by the door mat and went down with a bump, because it all happen so suddenly I fallen on my my son’s body too, and his both hands and left wrist got injured and becomes red and swollen. You can see the door mat edges are curl up and gaps between the mat and the floor!

Went there for purchasing my first set of snowboarding items. The lady there is very helpful and patient, we spent one hour trying to find the right fit and got the perfect match. Thank you!

Nice branch of Torpedo7. It is located across the road from the Westfield. There is plenty of parking in the area. They stock most of the items you would see online so it is a nice place to look around.

Lost count of how many times I called this store over the last week to ask how long the turn around time is on tuning snowboards. They literally do not answer the phone down there.Called Ballistics & they answered straight away. It’s twice as far to drive but worth it rather than rewarding bad service with my business.

Went here on Sunday arvo after breaking a chain, looking for a replacement link. New to bikes so didn't really know what I was looking for but the gentleman in the workshop was so helpful and guided me through the whole problem, showing me the whole chain was worn and more.It was such a delight getting that kind of service, it's not often that you come across such enthusiastic people.I didn't catch his name sorry, but thank you very much!
