Absolutely horrendous customer service, very rude, arrogant, and do not abide by NZ law. I would be very careful buying from them and I wouldnt spend my money with them again because if you do and there is something wrong with the product they wont help. We ended up having to take them to court it was so bad and even then they refused to pay the court order!!!!! Should not be allowed to do business in NZ!!!

Purchased a french style headboard. The quality was great and they made the delivery service a breeze. Would definately buy from them again. If french furnishing is your style then this is the place.

Paid for a piece of furniture, but before it was shipped we realised it might not fit the room. They refunded us the entire price without question and without us asking, when the measurements confirmed it was too big. AMAZING SERVICE!

Purchased the Luberon TV cabinet and was extremely impressed with the excellent customer service. I was given so much help and found everyone so obliging and frienly. The furniture is beautiful and well made. Very impressed.I have since purchased a tallboy and two tables and a bedside. I have found the staff very helpful and friendly and the products and beautiful and well made. I highly recommend.

Very poor service! I'd recommend to buy elsewhere. I purchased a side table for $250 + freight which arrived with the leg smashed. i wasnt able to check the table at time of delivery but noticed the damage when unpacking a few days later. Mike has refused to provide any refund or replacement for the damage, constantly deferring to their freight company, even though i paid homeabout directly for the freight to be organised. Im left with a broken cabinet i cant use and money gone from my account. Very disappointed and wont be purchasing from these guys again. Rip off.
