We had a terrible experience with Anthony. The drain clearing was done very promptly however he was not transparent in his charging practices. We were charged an hour extra than the actual time he was on site as he starts charging from the time he leaves his previous job (which was not stated in any emails neither in his terms of trade that you agree to). He also charges a higher first hour rate. We completely accept all tradesmen charge for travel (usually in the form of a higher first hour fee or van fee) but there was never any mention that starts charging from the time he starts driving from whatever unknown location to you (which can’t be an hour for central wgtn). When we queried this he was very difficult to deal with and unprofessional. Be cautious if choosing to hire this company and get clarification about what you will be charged for, however because of this dodgy charging practice I would not recommend this plumbing business.

I used Central Plumbing, for an urgent toby repair on a Sunday morning, after finding it leaking on a Saturday night at 11pm.Anthony was just bloody great to get the supply back running again on my home, after having to keep it shut down. Will be definitely using again, if I need a plumber.Once again thanks, your greatKerry.

Anthony responded quickly to clear a blocked sewer and identified the cause. His team spent the day doing repairs and restored the garden area to as close as they found it.Anthony also identified issues I had with an easement and has provided me with information to help solve the problem.I found his team communicative and polite. We had a leak with the hot water cylinder on a Saturday and Anthony came over to check soon after the call. He emptied the tank to avoid further leaks to the house on his Saturday visit and came back on early Monday morning and installed a brand new hot water cylinder for us. We are very appreciative on how fast he worked on this to get our hot water back to the house! You don’t normally appreciate how important little things are in life until you are missing them, like hot water and warm showers. His team worked very hard to get everything sorted for us, thank you!
