Ocean Eagle Charters - Party Boat

Just want to say another huge thank you to Ocean Eagle Charters and their team!One of the best nights I have ever had, they put on such a good night. The boat was the perfect venue with such kind staff and an amazing DJ to top it off!One minor thing they could do with improvement is the communication when organising the event, sometimes it was hard to contact the staff which led to a little confusion. Few minor mistakes with the invoices and messaging however was quickly resolved!Thanks again, I highly recommend!!!!

Rating a 3 star to even out the different experience we had from communicating with company vs the charter itself.The charter was amazing and everyone in the party had a great time. Bar staff where super helpful and kind. Captain Carey was awesome and informative when wanting to preview the boat. Boat itself is very luxurious and tidy, lighting and music was awesome lots of space to move around. Although boat crew took hats off of our group when leaving that I had personally purchased at a dollar shop, didn’t know until day after. 5 starsOrganising For the charter was pretty poor. When trying to book through website for quotes had no answer and had to end up calling to see if they actually revived our queries. (This was for a 21st) when Booking charter date and time we were very clear on what date/what the event was for and what time. Paid invoice 3 months in advanced. Month before charter we were going to pay for rest of invoice noticed the invoice had incorrect date on it. It was not a personal error but company error. Luckily no charter was booked for the date it was meant to be. Then got sent another bill stating $400 for security as it is a 21st. When receiving our first invoice no bill was on. Asked for discount for security as this was company error and would have probably not organised if we knew how much it was but was too late to find a new venue. Never received message back about getting a discount or why we couldn’t have. Didn’t apologise for their mistakes that could have ruined the event. 1 starI would assume a company that only dose charting would be much more organised than this. Was very frustrating but we did have a great night out. Thank you to boat crew for making it so good.

We had a wonderful time. The boat is well maintained and clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful.Watched the America's Cup races. Anchored at the top mark. Good view but pays to bring binoculars.

To start with, the charter itself was an absolutely amazing night; the only thing we wish we had done differently was book the charter for longer!The staff were amazing, very friendly and accommodating. Carey, the captain, was really great during the event and was very helpful in showing us around the boat and answering our questions a few months prior.The boat and the setup were perfect; such a cool experience along with being enjoyable, and many of our guests voiced how much fun they had and how well executed the night was.The DJ provided by Ocean Eagle was also amazing! Accommodated our requests perfectly and did an amazing job all throughout the night.We did have a few hiccups during the organising process leading up to the event. A bit of confusion with invoices, and a few questions were not answered very well. The communication wasn't as clear as it could have been.With organising events like this, stress could have been prevented if the communication was clearer, questions were answered directly/explained etc.Other than this, the event was absolutely worth it in the end. Highly recommend it to anyone!Thank you :)

Thank you Kelly and the entire Ocean Eagle crew for an amazing night! We loved every moment of it and had the best time ever! You all were absolutely amazing and I highly recommend everyone to have their next function with Ocean Eagle.

Had a 21st birthday party here and it was fantastic. The staff were amazing, Kelly was great and so organized, which made planning much easier and completely took the stress out of it. The staff on board were brilliant, and the food just kept coming all night which was great for a bunch of 20 somethings! They were more than willing to accommodate special requests, and they really went above and beyond to make it a brilliant night that I think everyone enjoyed. The views were incredible and we were super lucky to have fantastic weather, but even if it rained it can be fully enclosed so that was not a worry!Thank you so much Kelly and Meredith, and all the staff on board, you made it into a night that I will remember for a very long time.
