NZ Post Shop Te Puke Central

I sent a birthday card to my son, from Te Puke post office to Maketu, it has not been received 3 weeks later.

I posted two parcels so I needed the appropriately sized envelopes.

I solve everything quickly. Sometimes the service is great and sometimes it is rude

Great friendly and helpful staff. Good sized space. Only issue is sometimes you have to wait a while when they're busy, but it's not a biggy.

Every year we send calendars. Last year postage was $2.40 per calendar, this year Te puke charged me $3.90 each for 72 stamps. However I was 10 stamps short and picked these up at Papamoa Post shop and they only charged me $2.60 per calendar and could not believe what Te Puke Post had charged me. I approached the Te Puke Post staff the following day, they were very rude and said Papamoa were known for undercharging. I believe Papamoa charged me the correct price as a 20 cent increase is more realistic than $1.50 increase. Hence I did not get refunded the $93.60 from Te Puke nor would I recommend them, go to Papamoa where you will be charged correctly.
