Pool service, before Christmas, I've just called them whether they could provide the water delivery as soon as possible or not when my house run out of water, while I've been told they could not meet my request, so I've ordered water delivery from another company. While now, I have been billed from this company without service provided. And, they told me a story I've never heard. I will not recommend this company to my friends and will never ever to order the water delivery from them. I can't believe I've been charged that I only asked the information of their service. I wish I can give them zero star if it is possible.

Friendly service from the lady who took my order on the phone and the man who delivered the water. I got the water the next day and it was a good price. Certainly recommend them, fast and efficient and genuinely nice people.

They are extremely professional, helpful and empathetic and I highly rate and recomend their service. Priced really well and largest water deliveries. Great service at this particularly busy and stressfull time of summer. Never have had any issues with water delivery if you plan ahead, always on time if not a day earlier. Also use their 6 wheelers to cart for our civil construction company for last 5 years and have always been reliable. Highly recommended.....

Won't be using this company again. The guy who delivered the water was nice enough, however the woman on the phone who I dealt with was very rude. I understand that it's a very busy time of year in summer and can be stressful, it isn't an excuse to be rude to people.I know what it's like to work in customer service so I always am extra nice to people who work in this industry. I definitely didn't deserve to be spoken to the way I was.

Phoned 2 weeks ago to check about a possible future delivery. Yes, they say, all good for existing customers (we have bought water a few times over the years from them), just a delay in delivery times which we expected, only to now be told (when phoning to make a confirmed booking) that they won't deliver, even though we still don't need water for a few weeks. And don't say that they aren't delivering on our area - saw their truck this morning just down the road.
