This practice and the staff are awesome.... The hygienist is very caring and my teeth feel wonderful... Jessie is my dentist and an excellent dentist very onto it.... He is a young man who certainly knows his stuff... Absolutely recommend this practice

OK not a great experience for a first time visit. I had waited a whole week for this appointment to find disappointment with the inconsistent communications and no Afterpay option as it was not working, was told to do breakdown paymentsWhich was incorrect to a full payment must be made after appointment. I was quoted for an extraction from $100 to $250 on the phone and thenlater a $350 cost. The Afterpay is displayed on their website, reception desk and window however no Afterpay. I must say the staff are lovely but the clinic itself is a bit old and tired looking. Unfortunately I declined the appointment when I was given the cost.

It was my frist visit here today. The experience was great as the dentists were very calm and talked through to make me comfortable during my treatment.

Extremely costly.Initially I went for consultation which was $50.I was advised on the cost of a filling and extraction in total will be $420,ie: $220 for filling and the remains for extraction. Therefore I booked an appointment, believing the cost will not change.On the day,after the filling and extraction,the dentist advised that cost is $700 all up($220 *2 for putting 2 fillings on a tooth and $260 for extraction). Abit frustrated with the dishonesty since dentists should be more honest when it comes to costs.Service was great,very friendly though!Would I recommend this dentist?maybe not interms of the cost.

This dentist is awesome, meticulous and thorough but very gentle. Great experience here, highly recommend her!

Warm and relaxing.

Wouldn't recommend for front teeth crowns. Costly, takes more time than other dentists and doesn't listen to what the customer wants.I found someone else to finish my procedure who did exactly what I wanted without hesitation in half the time and for 2/3 the price. The temporary teeth I got from Papatoetoe Dental while I waited for the real teeth were horrendous to look at, I didn't smile for months. The dentist I moved onto was shocked at the finish of my temporary teeth. Also on inspection of the mould, the real crowns didn't allow for me to floss which would've inflamated my gums even more than the temporary ones did. Another big issue my new dentist found. When I spoke with the Papatoetoe Dental dentist and his assistant they both tried to argue with me and tell me that's the way it is. Teeth should never look like that after you've been to a dentist!
